Q&A – Sexual Harassment Training

Question: What do we need to do to comply with the required Illinois annual sexual harassment training:

Answer: As you may recall the state of Illinois requires annual sexual harassment training for all employees.

It is my understanding that the state is beginning to enforce this law.

As a convenience you may have each of your employees sign in to the ILMDA Knowledge Central web site and take the course.  The Knowledge Central system keeps a log of this in case you are audited.

You may have them annually review the attached PowerPoint presentation.  Per the request of many businesses, I am attaching a PowerPoint that you can use yearly for the Illinois-based training.  You just need to have each employee sign the last page and keep a record of these signature pages annually.
